I got this carseat for my newborn, and the handle would stick and wouldn't latch sometimes. I reached out to Chicco and explained the problem. They sent me a brand new carseat just like that! They were super apologetic that I got something faulty and fixed the problem right away. Great customer service!
We took a trip about 9 hours away, and our newborn did great in the carseat. They are super comfortable and well-made products - nothing like some of the cheap carseats I've used in the past. Very good quality. You know your baby is getting the best if you use Chicco.

The KeyFit Max Zip ClearLux offers more headrest height and legroom to comfortably maximize rear-facing use. The 5-position, Easy-Extend Headrest System raises with the harness to accommodate growth up to 32” tall, allowing you to keep little ones in the same rear-facing car seat longer.

Exceptional Car Seat
This car seat is exactly what my husband and I were looking for for our first baby! From the detailed design to the integrity of the materials used, this product is all around a well designed and well thought out product. We love the soft materials, easy assembly, and safety integration. The added bonus of the GreenGuard certification and non toxic products allowed us to know that it was a product with integrity and our baby’s all around well-being at focus. Overall, this product is exactly what we were looking for and then some!

Safe and Snuggly
We got this car seat for our sixth child and it is wonderful! He looks so snug and safe in with the infant cushioning. We have to use the seatbelt for this car seat instead of the click base, and the design of the seat belt setting is very sturdy and seems very safe. The built in canopy alone is a good reason to go with this car seat! I was forever using extra swaddles or stuffy covers to keep my babies out of the sun, but this canopy comes out and in quickly and easily and isn’t to heavy to use…

For my 7th Baby - Amazing Features!!
I received this car seat right before my seventh baby was born. I have tried many car seats over the past 17 years and this is by far the best one I have ever used. It is very padded, but yet protective for my newborn. It even has cushy little strap pads that stay where you put them. I was completely in awe of how many bells and whistles it has! The Best Infant Car Seat
Absolutely love this infant car seat! It came out of the box ready to use and was easy to install in our car. The carrier easily snaps in and out of the base and is easy to carry making transporting our baby stress-free. The carrier also comes with a built in cover and sun protector which was a plus! The seat is lined with nice padding so I know our baby is not only safe but comfortable!

Easy install; Super easy to carry
This car seat is so easy to carry around, especially while juggling a diaper bag and other items. It feels so much less bulky than others. The breathable fabric is perfect for my baby, especially with warmer months approaching! The install was super quick and seamless. The Best Infant Carrier
