Only holds very thin cups, not flexible

Not satisfied, too small!
This cup and phone holder is very very small and therefore useless as it can’t hold any normal size cup or iPhone.

Horrible experience
I just received the product. After spending significant time putting it together, I realized the foot brake was defective. Instead of being towards the back of the carriage to be able to use it with my foot, it was in the front of the back of the wheel rendering it unusable. I called the company for help and they proceeded to tell me that i need to send pictures so their product techs can look at it. I don't feel I need to go through all that incovenience. Now I had to repack, take big box to…

Not worth the $$
Wish there was a way to make sure it doesn’t turn over, I’ve dropped my cup so many times due to the fact it’s not securely locked in to the stroller. Poorly designed..

Great cup holder
I got this cup holder by using my cybex points and I really like it, it's so useful and fits my balios s lux stroller perfectly

I wanted to love it
I bought this over a year ago and don’t even bother using it anymore. It’s super difficult to clip your phone on the holder and if you do force it on there it messes up the weight of the cup holder,causing it to tilt and spill your drink. It also falls off all the time- waste of money.

Not happy with this item
Not very happy with this purchase. I’ve got Cybex e Priam which is quiet wide and the cup holder attaches on the side of it and makes the stroller even wider. The other thing when you walk liquid spills out. So absolutely not useful for a cup of coffee. Don’t think it’s very useful for a baby bottle as well as under open sun it gets too warm quickly.
This cup holder also works as a phone stand. However if you video call only your right arm is gonna be visible as it quite on the side.
