Are these suitable for large bust size?

Can the nipple cushions be used with this? What is the size of the flange?
Best Answer: You can use the Elvie Nipple Cushions with this manual breast pump. The Elvie Curve is one size fits all so it doesn't come with a flange.
If I nurse on both sides, do you alternate using this pump on both sides as well?
Best Answer: You would alternate using this pump on both sides. When you're ready to switch to the other side, you just want to pause the Elvie and switch the side light by pressing the Side Selector on either the pump or the app.
Does this come with 2 cups or just one?

Very convenient and discreet
Love it. Had a battery issue on one side not taking charge properly but Elvie quickly rectify the problem with a replacement unit.

Messed up my milk supply
Whilst at first I thought it was a wonderful gadget, it really messed up my milk production with an oversupply that was making my baby (and me!) very unhappy. I’d be very careful using this product and mindful of the potential issues it can cause.

Not happy with this product
I got this about 2 weeks ago and I am not happy with it. I requested a return but have still not heard back. I’m still waiting for a reply for a return .

Good but not as much suction
I’ve been wanting to try this for a while because the first manual silicone pump I have is very in the way. This doesn’t feel like it produces as much of a suction as I may need. I have yet to express as much as I’ve gotten with my other pump. I’ll keep trying the Curve because it’s so much more comfortable and convenient. Hopefully I just need to figure it out better.

Easy to use, really secure.
I’ve been using this for about three weeks now, and am really liking it. It’s easy to use and clean and saves a really good amount of milk. It’s great with a wriggly baby who likes to kick off anything that’s not otherwise well attached and I didn’t find any leaking at all. The only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is that realistically this won’t fit in a bra that properly supports your breasts - it’s at least going to increase your cup size by 2-3 sizes. Glad I got one!
I finally bought one after struggling along with a much messier and faffy suction pump - so pleased with my curve; it’s smaller, fits on my bra and is much less messy! The only problem is that you have to remember to take it out before putting baby down for a nap, or your precious milk will pour out (whoops). Overall just makes catching letdown milk much more convenient and would recommend!

Simple, Compact, Brilliant!
It works wonders for collecting excess breast milk that's dripping and without the unpleasant sensation of using breast pumps. Also easy to transfer into a storage bag or cup and to wash/sanitize. Would recommend to everyone breast feeding their children,
