This Graco car seat gives you ten years of use with one seat.
It transitions from a rear-facing harness (4–40 lbs) to a forward-facing harness (26.5–65 lbs) to highback belt-positioning booster (40–100 lbs) to a backless belt-positioning booster (40–120 lbs).
Features include a RapidRemove cover, an integrated belt lock-off for easy installation and rubberized Fuss Free harness storage for extra accessibility.
The Simply Safe Adjust Harness System and 10-position headrest lets you adjust the harness and headrest together with no rethreading.
The 6-position recline keeps your child comfortable, while the InRight LATCH system makes installation easy.
The 4Ever DLX is side-impact tested according to FMVSS 213a with the built-in 5-point harness system.

My baby is almost 4 months and is over 12 pounds. When am I supposed to remove the newborn insert? Do I remove the head and bottom piece?
Best Answer: For the Graco 4Ever DLX, you’ll remove the newborn head and body inserts once your baby outgrows them based on fit—not just weight. Graco allows the head and body support to be used as long as they provide a proper fit and the harness sits at or below your baby’s shoulders (rear-facing). If the inserts are pushing your baby’s head forward or the fit looks snug without them, you can remove them—just be sure to follow the manual for guidance.
Is there a handle where to hold it to bring it into the hospital for the day we’re let go?
Is this car seat compatible with the Graco stroller frame that says it works with all infant car seats?

We’ve loved the Graco 4Ever DLX. It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and grows with your child so you’re not constantly buying new seats. The biggest thing for me is that ours was actually involved in a crash, and it did exactly what it was supposed to—kept my child safe. That alone sold me for life. I didn’t even consider trying another seat after that, I just replaced it with the same one. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love our Graco 4Ever DLX 4-in-1 Car Seat! It was amazing on our 7-hour road trip—our baby stayed comfortable the entire time with no fussing.
The padding is super cushioned, and the multiple recline positions really helped keep her relaxed for long stretches. I also love how easy it is to adjust the harness and headrest as she grows—no rethreading needed, which is a huge plus.

Bulky but seems comfortable

My baby hated his newborn bucket and often cried during car rides. For his first birthday, we upgraded to the 4Ever DLX and he doesn’t make a peep anymore. It’s easier for him to look out the windows, it seems more comfortable for him and he loves putting toys in the cup holders. We often move it between cars so I really appreciate the easy latch system too. It is quite bulky and requires us to move the front seat forward in my husbands sedan but it’s manageable and would be our only complaint.
