Horrible
I bought this crib in late December 2025 and noticed the shipping box was pretty damaged on one side… I went to go start putting it together and noticed that both the left and right side of the crib is so damaged. The wood is split and is completely unusable. I contacted Grace for replacement parts and they said it was a Storkcraft issue. I contacted Storkcraft for replacement parts and it’s been radio silence. Horrible customer service. I wish I would’ve picked a different crib because now I have to waste my time sending the one I have back and finding a new one.

Nice Crib

It was very simple to put it together, I did it by myself in under 20 minutes. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 because when I was putting it together I noticed a chip in the wood.

Easy transition to toddler bed.
Beautiful blush color is a very pale pink. The toddler conversion panel can be bought separately at Stork Craft. Found easily online in all colors. Great construction and durable. Love it!

Broken with no replacement in sight
Arrived broken. Customer service was not helpful in sending a replacement part (claimed it took a few days, but that was over a week ago)

Short-term use only
I bought this in hopes that I would be able to use it until my son was a teenager. Only to find out that after 16 months, I’m needing to buy a new bed because there is no such thing as the toddler conversion kit for this bed. Unless you want to take the front off and leave the side bars, exposed and allow your toddler to roll out of bed, You might want to buy something new.
Apparently, none of the guards are compatible for this bed either.

Graco doesn't make it or support it.
Same complaint as many. The toddler bed sags terribly without a front bar. Called support and they said it's not a Graco product, they just put their name on it and collect a check but don't support it. Was told I would get a response from their leadership team in 24 hours. Day 5 here we are.

MISLEADING - DOES NOT CONVERT TO SAFE TODDLER BED
This product is NOT as advertised and very midleading. It is marketed as a 4-in-1 Convertibel Bed, however the bed does not transiton into a SAFE toddler bed since no guardrails are included. There are no conversion kits available for this model and no compatible replacement parts. So basically the bed is useless for my toddler. I have to buy a new toddler bed and maybe store these bulky pieces until it can be used a a full bed. SUCH A WASTE!
