This Graco car seat is their slimmest design. It fits three car seats across in your back seat (in every configuration), saving space without compromising safety.
The narrow all-in-one design grows with little ones from rear-facing harness (5-40 lbs) to forward-facing harness (26.5-65 lbs) to highback booster (40-100 lbs).
Integrated belt lock-off makes for easy vehicle seat belt installation in forward-facing mode, and allows you to position seats to maximize space with three across.
Graco’s exclusive push-button InRight LATCH provides an easy, one-second attachment with an audible click to help ensure secure installation.
The No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System allows you to adjust the height of the headrest and harness to ten positions with just one motion for just the right fit. Adjust the four-position recline for a better installation and a comfortable ride.
The Rapid Remove cover comes off in 60 seconds, without uninstalling the seat or removing the harness, and it’s machine washable.
Breathable mesh AirFlow channels provide improved ventilation to keep kiddos cool and comfortable. Two cup holders are designed to work with the three-across configuration to keep drinks and snacks close at hand.
Fuss-free harness storage pockets conveniently hold the harness out of the way while children get in and out. Removable, plush head and body inserts also keep baby feeling cradled and comfortable.
The steel-reinforced frame provides strength and durability for years of use, and EPS energy-absorbing foam provides effective impact energy management.

I regret spending the money on this seat. I’ve used it for three separate kids and all three have severe head slump. 6 year old forward facing, 2 year old forward and rear facing and 9 month old rear facing. Installed correctly with bubble in the correct spot. I put my kids back in chicco seats and they are able to sleep correctly with no head slump. This seat now sits in my closet for a back up seat in case of an accident to hold us over for new ones.

This seat is great and works well. I like the slim design on it so grown ups can still have room sitting out back. I wish that you could remove the fabric in the seat to be able to put it in the washing machine and clean it easier.

We got the slim fit car seat for my crossover sized vehicle and it fits great. There is still plenty of room in the back seat for another passenger, and our baby is very comfortable in his car seat. Super easy to install too.

Exactly the Slim, Lightweight Seat We Needed

bought the Graco SlimFit3 LX because I wanted a less bulky car seat, and it completely delivered. At under 17 inches wide, it saves a massive amount of space in the backseat compared to the standard SlimFit, and it was a lifesaver for travel since it’s so light and fully FAA-approved. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that getting a tight rear-facing installation with the seatbelt takes a bit of extra muscle without a built-in lock-off, and the cup holders can be a tight…

We like these car seats. They are compact, and fit my 3 year olds well. We needed new car seats after the foam inserts started falling off our old ones. After shopping around, and even buying a different one and returning it, we settled on these.
I like that my kids are safe, and I appreciate all the protection, but it does make it hard to get them in the car seats. Our old design was much easier and sleek (though not as safe)

Fits Rear facing Only. Latch straps too short.

Fits great! But latch system straps are too short! If they added 1-4 inches in length you could actually adjust them and tighten them. Instead it’s designed to the minimum length and you have to really really pull tight to get the latch to engage while it’s at the maximum length. Hopefully they fix that soon!
