Horrible. I got this as a gift and it doesn’t work. Turns on for 5 secs and turns off. Might as well be manual! Can’t even get a refund or credit. Do not buy! Be aware!

Got this as a gift and I am very disappointed that it is not working now that baby girl is here. It starts with a push and then shuts off after 1-2 minutes of her sitting in it. The company has no contact info for help and just redirects you to Amazon. I was hoping to get some kind of credit even though I don’t have the box anymore. Skip this and get Graco or another brand!!

Really a Manual Swing
Doesn’t swing on its own. Timer doesn’t work. - it’s a manual swing regardless of what packaging suggested.

Affordable but doesn't work
We got this as a gift off our registry and it doesn't work. I haven't tried to contact the manufacturer yet, but I would not recommend!

Doesn't work
Brand new, turns on and everything works except the actual swing. It won't swing. Lights flashing every time the swing moves forward when swinging by hand.

Must have weight in swing
Ok I’m writing this review to hopefully be helpful to others! As a lot of you have said the swing doesn’t work upon first try and I had the same issue and spent A LOT of time googling and trying to troubleshoot. Then for whatever I had this thought that maybe it wasn’t working because there wasn’t any weight in the swing. I put something in the swing I had close by weighting a few pounds or so and it magically worked!

Need new swing
Bought yesterday. Brand new batteries in swat and it doesn’t stay on. Swings for less than a minute before coming to a complete stop and no more movement. My daughter is 3 months old, 12 lbs. well I’m the requirements. Call customer service and waiting 20+ minutes for someone to answer. Just waiting music playing.
