Kyte doesn’t replace defective items

I have lots of these but I received one with a defective zipper and Kyte won’t replace it for me bc it’s outside of the “return window.” I recommend testing out the clothes before storing larger sized away for the future. I’ll be looking for a new company to order from now bc a company that on replace something that isn’t working properly isn’t right.
