Doesn’t stay closed
Reasonable potty train seat but the lid won’t stay closed. It continuously pops up and won’t stay locked down.

Does not work
The product lid would not stay closed. We watched all of the videos and read all of the instructions. The product either does not work or arrived broken

Latch is broke
I like the look of this and function of 3in 1 but it came in box already open and I could not get the seat close. Seems like a poor design. Wouldn’t recommend.

It's terrible
The top keeps popping open. If you just wiggle the base a little bit, the top pops open. It's not usable.

Deluxe Potty Chair
The 3 in 1 potty chair was a purchase for my granddaughter. She is doing incredibly well potty training and the deluxe chair is awesome! Perfect size and very easy clean up.
I have to rave about the awesome customer service! I will continue to purchase products from Lalo because of the quality of the products, but also because of the wonderful care from the Lalo team!

As expected
My daughter 16 months and started getting curious about the potty just over a month ago. I looked at a LOT of potty’s but why I chose this one is for the 3 in 1 feature - she’ll use at least the stool for years to come. Her highchair is also Lalo which we love. She seems comfortable on it and it’s a good hight for her. So far so good.

Closing larch
I do like it, we got it so our 1. 5 year old can start getting used to sitting on it. My only concern is the latch release. It seems like it will be tricky to avoid splashes when emptying.
