Can I use the band on my baby with the Snoo?
Best Answer: No, the Snoo and the Nanit Breathing Band do not directly connect or integrate with each other. If you plan to use both devices separately, test the setup before relying on it and consult the user manuals for specific guidance.
Does this come with the stand too or just the wall mount?
Best Answer: Just the wall mount.
Does this run off of 5GHz or 2.5GHz Wi-Fi?
Best Answer: The Nanit Pro Camera is compatible with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks but for best performance, it is recommended to use 5GHz.
If we have it mounted to the wall, can we detach it and put it on the stand? Do we need the wiring or does that also come with stand?
Best Answer: Yes, you can easily move your Nanit camera head between the wall mount and the Flex Stand. The camera head is detachable, so you can switch between these options as needed.
If you don't have a Flex Stand yet, you can purchase it separately. The Flex Stand comes with all the necessary wiring, so you're ready to go right out of the box.

Best Answer: Each camera is designed to monitor one baby at a time so you'd want to get an additional Nanit camera if you have twins.
Do you have mount this camera or can it alternate between wall mount or being set up on a shelf etc. in the room?
Best Answer: The Nanit camera is designed to be versatile. You can easily detach it from the wall mount and take it with you or place it on the portable stand for flexible monitoring.
If the power goes out can I still connect to monitor with my phone's data?
Best Answer: The Nanit operates solely when it's plugged in and doesn't include rechargeable batteries. It doesn't come with a separate parent unit, so you'll need to use your own device for monitoring. If you can set up your phone's hotspot as a recognized network, you can continue to monitor your little one using data.
Where can I find the activation code for the included Nanit Insights subscription? It was supposed to be sent in an email, but I only ever received emails from Babylist tracking the order. Nothing about the insights activation code.

Reliable and easy for every day
We've had our Nanit for over 2 years and it gives us peace of mind in and out of the house when we have others watching our LO. The recaps and metric tracking are a nice bonus, but it's the fact you know you can set your monitor overnight on your phone and reliably / see hear what you need to that helps most.

Great Product!
We were searching for a monitor that we could see both babies one screen or do a split screen function. We loved that Nanit offered that! We also purchased the subscription that allows you to play back the video and that has been an amazing function to have. The quality is great. We haven't tried the chest monitor yet since we haven't had our 2nd baby yet but are due anyway now. Excited to give that a try!

Saved my Sanity
I'm a firefighters wife and that means I am home alone at night a lot! With Nanit, I was given the peace of mind to feel confident that my baby is ok in her own room. Lots of Kinks to be Worked Out
Love having a physical monitor so that I don't have to pull up the camera on my phone also great for days I leave my son with a sitter- so much easier to give a monitor rather than asking them to download an app. However, the monitor itself doesn't perform great. Constant lagging and at times the screen wont come on even though I push the button over and over. Great concept. Disappointing execution.

Baby Monitor
Love the size! The picture is clear and it’s most helpful when I just want it on while I sleep. Find it super useful when Grandma is watching the baby too, because I can just leave it on for her and everyone feels so much better. Recommend the monitor!

Great Monitor to See Baby From Anywhere
Great monitor to see baby from anywhere. Having the app is great when someone else is home watching baby. However, we find that the connection cuts in and out often. We also didn’t realize you can’t use it in public WiFi, so we had to buy another monitor to use when traveling. We purchased the handheld monitor but it did very quickly. Best to keep it plugged in. Nice to have an option other than the app on your phone.
