Description
This Waterproof Crib Mattress Pad makes any crib mattress safer by adding 3/8” of air circulation to the surface. It’s also waterproof, offering protection from leaks, moisture and mold.
The Mattress Pad features two layers of breathe-thru spacer material quilted together to add breathability and comfort to any traditional mattress. Mitered corners stretch to fit tightly and securely.

We have the Newton 2-in1 crib mattress. Does this go over the top of that? Or is it a replacement for the current cover?
Best Answer: This item can be used as a secondary mattress pad or in addition to the current cover on the mattress.
We already have the waterproof mattress zip cover, does adding this additional pad (to save from washing the cover each mess) reduce the breathability?
Best Answer: Newton recommends forgoing the mattress pad for the babes first year as the breathable zip cover is already waterproof and the mattress pad can reduce some breathability. Once the babe and messes get bigger, it is perfectly fine to use this mattress pad in conjunction with the waterproof cover.

High Quality & Truly Waterproof!
I am so impressed with this Waterproof Crib Mattress Pad. The material is incredibly soft and doesn't make that annoying crinkly plastic sound when the baby moves. It has a great, clean look and fits the mattress perfectly without bunching up. You can tell the quality is top-notch—it has already saved our mattress from a few spills and washes up beautifully. Highly recommend

NOT WATERPROOF!!!
I am extremely upset I paid $80+ for this piece of junk. Ended up having clean the mattress at 2am because the cover leaked through an episode of vomiting. Would definitely not recommend as it does NOT live to its promise of being a waterproof product.

Excellent quality
I ordered a standard crib mattress and mattress cover. Website was easy to navigate, product arrived as scheduled. Care cards were clear and easy to read. I don’t remember the process to register the product for warranty, it’s been a while since the purchase. Overall a very positive experience. My granddaughter slept very well in her crib. I also bought organic cotton sheets, which were lovely and soft.

Peace of mind and easy clean up
My son became a tummy sleeper and I wanted a breathable mattress that would give me peace of mind. I adore my Newton mattress and love the waterproof mattress protectors! Would highly recommend. I bought two so I could have a spare when one was in the wash.

Waterproof mattress
This mattress is 100% safe for babies and my grandson sleeps so good when he is over. My son and daughter in law have the same mattress and crib from Newton. Highly recommend them both.
