Description
The Grow and Go All-in-One Convertible Car Seat can be used in rear-facing, forward-facing and belt-positioning booster modes (5 to 100 lbs).
As little ones grow, easily adjust the headrest and harness in one motion, without rethreading the harness or reinstalling the car seat. When they’re ready for the vehicle seat belts, buckling is made easier with a visible belt path guiding the way.
For comfort, the car seat includes two removable grow-with-baby pillows for a snug fit.
Recline angle indicators on the seat lets you find a safe angle position for rear-facing mode. The design is more comfortable for parents too: it takes up less space when placed rear-facing (up to 7” more legroom for the front seat).

Nightmare to install
A nightmare to get installed. I’ve installed multiple different car seats that were easy to install. This one? Can’t get it installed, moves all over the seat no matter how tightly it’s installed

difficult to use, difficult to install
Impossible to clean. If you take the straps out to clean them they are literally impossible to thread through again. Why would someone design a product for children that cannot be cleaned? "spot cleaning" is not cleaning.

Nice affordable seat.
Nice affordable seat with good safety standards. Bought 3 seats for twin grandchildren. They already had one seat. Service and shipping was amazingly fast!

HORRIBLE UNSAFE
Would give zero stars if I could. This car seat is so unsafe. I facetimed a representative from the company and did everything they said. Ever day I was fighting with this thing making it fight.

Would not recommend
I would not recommend this car seat to anyone. The straps do not work correctly and won’t tighten the way they should, which makes me feel like it’s unsafe for my child. On top of that, the fabric ripped far too easily, and I’ve only owned it for about 6 months. The cup holders were already cracked when I received it, and for the price I paid, I was very upset to receive it already broken. For something this important and expensive, I expected much higher quality. Very disappointed because I usually love this brand:(

Terrible car seat
If I could give this car seat 0 stars I would we got it just over a year ago for my son and it’s been nothing but problems since. The cups holders come out so easily my one year old was pulling them out. The headrest cover does not stay on and he pulls it off. LUCKILY he hasn’t broken the styrofoam yet. The harness will slowly widen on you to the point it’s constantly falling no matter what you do with it. Pinch test, loosen straps, extra tighten, bump the head rest up. THEY WILL FALL DOWN. My point is literally avoid this car seat and this brand. Waste of money.

Wonderful product.
This is the car seat that we have bought 2 of for my granddaughter. Today we were in a high impact collision from behind. The person who hit us was in a 40 ton loaded dump truck. My granddaughter came out with bruising from the belts but walked away where it could have been very different.

There’s a reason this is cheap
This is not a safe car seat. The straps don’t tighten evenly, so one side will be very loose and the other side will be very tight. The strap to pull to tighten constantly gets jammed. The only way to fix it is to take the car seat entirely out of the car, flip it over and fix the strap. The straps are always somehow getting twisted. It’s impossible to get the car seat completely fastened and tightened to the car. I really wanted to like this car seat. It presents as very comfortable, and I loved that it was affordable as well, but in this case it seems that you get what you pay for.

No customer support
If I could give zero stars for customer support I would. Bought their product. One of the cups was missing from the box when I unpacked the seat. I reached out to the company through the support website. Asked if they would send me a cup or did I need to return to Walmart. They sent an automatic reply and said they would contact me. Waited 5 business days with no reply, sent another email. Received no answer with a second email. I wouldn’t recommend spending your hard earned money with a company with poor customer support.
