This Starter Set comes with a Tonie figurine and the Toniebox 2.
The Toniebox 2 is an audio player designed for little hands. It boosts independence and confidence as they learn and play, and the durable design can withstand years of bumps and tumbles.
It offers two ways to play: kiddos can play their favorite tales and tunes with one of the Tonie characters, or add Tonieplay to unlock screen-free interactive games, quizzes and challenges.
The Tonies magnetically attach to the Toniebox, allowing little ones to safely handle all on their own.
A new feature of the Toniebox 2: the Sleep Timer with Light and Sunrise Alarm.
The colorful light ring helps guide kids through interactive experiences. Give both ears a squeeze to activate the Sleep Timer (set-up in the tonies app)—the light and volume slowly dim once the timer runs out and the Toniebox powers down for the night.
The Sunrise Alarm makes for gentle wake-ups with a soft-glowing light that slowly rises and a cheerful tune to kick off the day.

I did have an issue with it at one point, but their Customer Happiness Team was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly quick to address my concern and replace my Toniebox with a brand-new one.
They even went the extra mile by offering me a free Tonie of my choice, valued at up to $20!
It’s so refreshing to see a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its products.
I wholeheartedly recommend Toniebox! ❤️🥰

RUN RUN - RUN AWAY
Bought via amazon a month ago - broke inside of 30 days of receiving. Made me record a video to prove the defect, then made me pay for shipping, once I shipped I jumped through all those hoops, they had the nerve to send me discount codes after my DEFECTIVE unit was already in route to them.
If my 19 month year old daughter can "break this" as they advertise "indestructible" then what will your 2-3-4-5 year old do to it???

Terrible Customer Service
Really disappointed in our Toniebox 2. Our toddler loves it but it stopped charging after owning it for 9 months. I spoke to customer service, but they have been extremely unhelpful. The kept asking for the same information over and over and their only suggestion is to do a hard reset but I explained multiple times that a hard reset is impossible when the battery is completely dead because it requires that the Toniebox 2 be unplugged. I will not recommend the Toniebox 2 to any of my friends or family due to this issue and the poor customer service.

We received the Tonie box 2 as a gift for our 1 year old daughter. She has the ms Rachel and Winnie the Pooh tonies, and she loves switching them and is copying a lot of the words and sounds.
