We bought our Toniebox 2 about 4 months ago (through target) and unfortunately it stopped working and got the code name "Fox" which basically means it's an unfixable issue internally with the device. This Starter Set comes with a Tonie figurine and the Toniebox 2.
The Toniebox 2 is an audio player designed for little hands. It boosts independence and confidence as they learn and play, and the durable design can withstand years of bumps and tumbles.
It offers two ways to play: kiddos can play their favorite tales and tunes with one of the Tonie characters, or add Tonieplay to unlock screen-free interactive games, quizzes and challenges.
The Tonies magnetically attach to the Toniebox, allowing little ones to safely handle all on their own.
A new feature of the Toniebox 2: the Sleep Timer with Light and Sunrise Alarm.
The colorful light ring helps guide kids through interactive experiences. Give both ears a squeeze to activate the Sleep Timer (set-up in the tonies app)—the light and volume slowly dim once the timer runs out and the Toniebox powers down for the night.

worth the investment

Incredible product and customer service
We bought the toniebox 1 and my son has loved it. He has Down syndrome and autism and music is his jam! He broke our charger and they replaced it for free. We now have a toniebox2 and he is pretty hard on toys and it has held up really well until last week. I contacted customer service and they walked me through a couple of troubleshooting steps and determined it wasn’t repairable. They are sending me a replacement box at no cost. Their customer service and product is unmatchable!!

A must have for screen free/limited screen familie
My whole family is obsessed with the tonie box! This has been a staple and used every single day in our house. We love our tonies for fun songs/dancing, peaceful music time, and of course, our night time story every single night. My song got the hang of it incredibly quickly at 13 months and now at 18 months, he is a pro picking out his tonies and choosing what he wants to listen to, skipping past what he doesn’t, and dancing to his favorites.

Great idea, terrible product.
Great when it works but it is causing more meltdowns right now than joy. We had to replace the first one we got immediately because the device freezes, acts like it’s buffering, randomly stops out after minutes of play and has to be reset completely to start again. We are experiencing the same issues with the replacement box we got. The first box would turn on and work 20 percent of the time. This second box is slightly better, operating as expected closer to 40 percent of the time. But if we…

Not impressed.
Got my son the Tonies 2 to allow him to connect to the Tonies wireless headphones gave his original Tonies to his brother. Since starting this new Tonies, we’ve had nothing but complications. It disconnects from the WiFi all of the time, freezes often and disconnects from the headphones without reason. Contacted customer service who told me to restart which I have done probably 10 different times due to it freezing. The solution? Pair it to my iPhone hotspot to use when connecting new tonies.…

Amazing Brand and Amazing Customer Service
My 1.5 year old twins have been loving the Toniebox 2 since I got it 4 months ago. They really started using it every day once they turned 17 months and knew how to actually use it themselves. Now they ask for it every single day and love dancing to the songs. It’s really helped lower their screen time and break up the day.
The Tonie team has also been extremely helpful when we had issues with our Tonie. They were extremely quick with their response and helped resolve our issue right away. Amazing customer service and I’ll recommend this brand to all the moms I know.
