Last but certainly not least, please think about your shoes and get some supportive, comfy soles you can sport. Your feet will spread as you get more pregnant, and your ligaments get more flexible because of increased relaxin. And skip those high heels or stick to wedges. With your changing center of gravity, you’re more likely to fall and that risk just isn’t worth it.
