Extra Base Needed
Needed a spare base so no swapping into other vehicles. Found some on Amazon but wanted the original from manufacturer. Perfect fit and lockup on removable car seat.

Horrible customer service
The base did not fit in my car seat. I have tried to return it so I can get the one that fits and I get no response. Have sent six emails. It's been a month and a half. They did respond to me from the customer service calling and said I had to email them. It's honestly sucky service. This was done August 2024. It is now end of September 2024 and still nothing so it sucks. Just FYI for anybody trying to buy I should have listened to the reviews before

What refund policy?
Make sure to buy the right base for your car seat. You have to get a return number from them in order for them to except your purchase and they charge you a restocking fee. I'm still waiting on my return number. I contacted the Better Business Bureau.

Car seat base not compatible
The base I ordered was not the correct base to match the car seat I have. I specifically searched for the car seat I have and ordered the corresponding base that was shown at the bottom of the page of the car seat I have. The base does not work with that car seat. The return policy is terrible so ended up keeping the base. Would have cost me too much to send back.

Terrible Customer service - would not recommend
I purchased an infant car seat base for our additional car but was shipped the wrong item. When I called customer service I was told to email their weborders email for assistance, which I did immediately. I was told they respond to emails within 5 business days. It has been 3 weeks now with no response. I’ve emailed multiple times with no assistance. No reccomend!
We are very disappointed. The car seat cannot be removed from the base in the car. We almost broke our fingers... Very bad quality! Now we have to constantly transfer the child from the seat to the stroller, which is very inconvenient and dangerous.. Due to the fact that we cannot use a car seat, our baby (in the stroller) is not visible to us, since his body is constantly facing forward, which not suitable for newborns. We no longer have any comparison with Evenflo. I don't recommend buying!

Left Hanging -Base No Longer Available
I bought a base to fit my granddaughter's car seat. 3 different ones and none fit! Finally talked to a live person that said this base is no longer being sold separately! Have to buy a new car seat in order to get another base.

exactly what I wanted
I needed a base that fit my granddaughter's car seat. This base is exactly as advertised, and came quicker than it would have had I ordered through Amazon. Once installed, it's easy to take the car seat in and out of the car.
