Description
This Graco car seat is their slimmest design. It fits three car seats across in your back seat (in every configuration), saving space without compromising safety.
The narrow all-in-one design grows with little ones from rear-facing harness (5-40 lbs) to forward-facing harness (26.5-65 lbs) to highback booster (40-100 lbs).
Integrated belt lock-off makes for easy vehicle seat belt installation in forward-facing mode, and allows you to position seats to maximize space with three across.
Graco’s exclusive push-button InRight LATCH provides an easy, one-second attachment with an audible click to help ensure secure installation.
The No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System allows you to adjust the height of the headrest and harness to ten positions with just one motion for just the right fit. Adjust the four-position recline for a better installation and a comfortable ride.
The Rapid Remove cover comes off in 60 seconds, without uninstalling the seat or removing the harness, and it’s machine washable.
Breathable mesh AirFlow channels provide improved ventilation to keep kiddos cool and comfortable. Two cup holders are designed to work with the three-across configuration to keep drinks and snacks close at hand.
Fuss-free harness storage pockets conveniently hold the harness out of the way while children get in and out. Removable, plush head and body inserts also keep baby feeling cradled and comfortable.
The steel-reinforced frame provides strength and durability for years of use, and EPS energy-absorbing foam provides effective impact energy management.
For peace of mind, it’s Graco ProtectPlus Engineered. This is a combination of the most rigorous crash tests that helps to protect passengers in frontal, side, rear and rollover crashes.

Is this car seat FAA approved for air travel?
Best Answer: Yes, the Graco SlimFit3 LX 3-in-1 Car Seat is FAA-approved for aircraft use when using its built-in 5-point harness. Graco confirms that it is certified for airplane travel in both rear-facing and forward-facing harness modes.
Does this seat come with the base? Or is the base sold separately?
Best Answer: This doesn't have a separate base. It is one piece so there is no base to purchase separately.
Does this car seat have a handle so you can carry baby around in it?
Best Answer: This is a 3-in-1/convertible car seat so it's generally meant to stay in the car. Infant car seats (which are smaller and lighter) have a handle for carrying.

Great seat

Easy to install, this is my fourth graco car seat. This one is just as sturdy and comfortable for my infant. I mostly choose Graco for their safety reputation.

AMAZING Slim Fit!

We’ve been using our car seats for about a month now and we love them! You can truly fit three across which has been an absolute game changer! The seats are easy to instal and adjust! I was pleasantly surprised with the padding level. My kids are just as comfortable in these slim fits as they were in the extend to fit! The only down sides for me, there is not a foot extender/foot rest, and the side of the car seat are low so it’s easy for my 1yo to reach her hands up and try to grab things away…

Compact

We love how easy this is to install. It’s lightweight. It is compact so it doesn’t talk up a bunch of bulk. It’s has the same features and a normal seat, just less space!

This was a gift for my granddaughter and daughter in law was happy with the fact she will now be able to fit an extra car seat in their car and still have the protection of a graco.

SlimFit3 is a Great Carseat
The SlimFit3 works great for our narrow 3rd row seat. It is well made and solved the issue of the difficulty of having 3 carseats in a row and buckling in for a narrower 3 row seat.
