Description
Matcha Spin SI is designed with a 360° spin and three modes: rear-facing and forward-facing with a harness and highback booster modes.
You can use the 360° spin to turn the car seat toward you for easier transitions and easier buckling.
When they get a bit older, the seat spins 180° in highback booster mode for your independent big kid to get in on their own, or your bigger kid that still might require extra assistance to get in the vehicle.
The anti-rebound panel built into the base keeps the car seat firmly in place and reduces the movement of the car seat in the event of a crash.
Easy-to-read level indicator makes it easy to tell if your seat is at the correct angle for baby, and the turnLock indicator is color-coded to show if the seat is locked in place.
With the squeeze of a button, you can adjust the 15-position headrest and harness simultaneously.
Removable infant insert gives babies a cozy fit in their car seat and can be easily removed for machine washing.
For installation, the LockTight belt lock-off adds security and allows for an easier install. You can use the seat’s push button lower anchor attachments, LATCH (with tether) or the vehicle belt (and top tether for forward-facing). Use the lower anchor attachments in highback booster mode to help keep the seat secure.

So much happier with the spin!
My daughter is so much happier in her new spinning seat! This was a great upgrade for me as a SAHM who is taking baby everywhere I go! One star off because this is really difficult to remove the covers to clean and reassemble. Be forewarned if you have a blowout baby like we do!

Wonderful car seat!
We wished we had bought this sooner. Our 6 month old is so comfortable in it and the spin feature is so easy for transfers. The only improvement I would recommend is a removable sun canopy attachment.

Great turn car seat!
This car seat is well built! We love Joie brand! We have the mint latch and stroller. Products are easy to use and great quality.

Matcha Spin SI
We absolutely LOVE our Matcha Spin SI! With our baby outgrowing the mint latch infant carseat, we knew Joie was the brand we wanted to stick to when upgrading her to a convertible carseat. My husband and I deem our Matcha Spin SI as our absolute favorite baby purchase yet!

My experience with this product has been fantastic. I had previously been using a base + baby carrier, and this has undoubtedly been a quality of life upgrade. Out of the box, I was intimidated by the install - my previous system required two built in straps to two car seat anchors & that was it. Given the multiple modes of the Matcha, the install was obviously going to have uniqueness. The instructions were very clear, easy to follow, and supplemented by directions on the seat itself. The…

Exceeded Expectations
Easy install, nice features, great value! We bought this as a second car seat for our other car. We also own a NUNA REVV. The JOIE is just as nice.

Absolutely love the Matcha 3-in-1 Rotating Car Seat! It has truly made getting my baby in and out of the car a breeze. The rotating feature is a total game changer—no more awkward twisting or straining. Grandpa said it best when putting my one year old in her seat when he said “somebody was thinking when they made this thing”. It feels sturdy, safe, and thoughtfully designed for real life with a baby.

Solid Car Seat - love the spin feature!

Overall it's a great car seat. My son is almost three and is still able to be rear-facing. It follows the updated safety standards, easy to install but favorite feature is the 360 spin. It's so much easier getting him in and out of the car - I would never buy a car seat without one now. The only thing I would change is the color. It's a light brown shade and shows dirt and stains very easily. Other than that, I highly recommend!
