I signed up for the subscription because I genuinely used to LOVE these diapers and trusted this brand so much… but unfortunately, that has completely changed.
They recently changed the design, and while I will say that the fit seems better, the overall quality of the diaper has clearly gone downhill. The new diapers are much thinner than before, and the absorption is honestly terrible compared to the original version.

QUALITY DROPPED AFTER REDESIGN- CONSTANT LEAKS

New Design Disaster
We fell in love with Kudos around the time our Curvy girl hit size 3 diapers. We LOVED the old design and never experienced a blow out like we had with Honest and HealthyBaby. Flash to our second subscription box at the beginning of March. The new design was identical to the leftover Honest diapers we had. Down to the same tabs and manufacturing location. We had blow out after blowout. We cancelled the subscription immediately. I am so disappointed. Our girl wiggles right out of these diapers…

Bad changes in 2026-changing brands
I used to love Kudos until they moved their manufacturing to Mexico and there has been a clear quality decrease. My son wakes up now with the pulp and polymer all over him because the new cotton insides are much thinner and disintegrate throughout the night. He is only 19 pounds and wears a size 3. Kudos places their sizing for size 3 up to 24 pounds so he should not need to size up yet! I will unfortunately be switching brands. What a disappointment. But, there’s no surprise when a company moves to mass marketing for retail like Target. It’s just like any other diaper now.

Why did you change the design?
Honestly, I thought these were my forever diaper. I was so pleased once I found these. I was happy with the price point and accessibility. When I started having trouble finding them in stock at my target, I put them on subscription which was amazing. One less thing to worry about buying every few weeks. New design is very flawed
For all of 2025 the diapers were great. Never had a blowout. Never leaked. Never fell off. The new design leaks once a day. The front tabs were made much shorter. The tabs don't stick as well anymore. The leg elastic portion doesn't hold as tightly as it used to. I'm not usually those people to hate on improvements or change but I really found the new design to be a downgrade. I don't feel that it's worth the premium price for these diapers anymore.

Love this diaper!
I’ve tried a lot before settling on Kudos. They’re the best, especially overnight they hold for literally 12 hours! They keep my babies skin soft and without diaper rash. The wipes are big and thick which I love. This company also has amazing customer service. Highly recommend!!

Great New Fit
The new diaper design is everything I've wanted! It fits so much better with the longer tabs. I'm so thankful to have a diaper that is lined with cotton, but also fits like your standard grocery store. I'll be a Kudos customer for good!!

Love the new design!
I was having trouble with the last diapers leaking out the legs, but the new design is a huge improvement! They fit so well and haven't leaked yet! I have a chunky baby so I really appreciate how stretchy the tabs are!
