Description

Breastfeeding can cause your nipples to become sensitive, especially in the first few weeks. Medela SoftShells act like a shield to protect your nipples from further irritation, like rubbing against clothing.

Nipples are cupped in a silicone shell, touched only by the surrounding air. Holes in the shell allow for air circulation and keep nipples dry even when leaking breast milk.

Not only does this make you more comfortable, but it also helps ward off thrush. Milk leaks are caught by the foam insert in the lower half of the shell.
