Sound activation doesn't work well
I purchased this for my 2 year old granddaughter who loves Ms Rachel and I brought it to her on a trip from California to visit. The puzzle and idea are great. However, sometimes the sound activation doesn't work; often there is no sound when a letter is lifted. And then sound will randomly go off when no one is anywhere near the letters or puzzle! Her mom thinks that light may activate the sound? Really really annoying and I'd exchange it, but threw away the packaging and don't live near my granddaughter to easily return it.

Disappointed
The tiles do not stay in place when picked up. Any letter can hover over another letter and the board give the wrong letter information. Example: child can be holding a C and try to hit it in the Q spot and the board will tell you about the Q. This is confusing to the child.

No response about damaged from shipping inquiry!
I would love to review this as awesome! Unfortunately it arrive damaged and I put a product inquiry in on March 20, 2025 and have only gotten a confirmation of my issue from them As of April 6th! It's been over two weeks, I really thought I would have heard from someone by now!
