The Naturepedic Organic 2-Stage Mattress & Cover Bundle includes the Organic Classic Lightweight 2-Stage Baby Crib & Toddler Mattress and Organic Waterproof Fitted Crib Pad, typically sold separately.
Naturepedic’s Classic Organic Crib Mattress eliminates harmful chemicals and potential allergens without sacrificing comfort or convenience. Crafted with organic cotton fabric and fill and without polyurethane foam, flame retardants, harmful chemicals or potential allergens, this crib mattress provides a healthier sleep environment for baby. Food-grade non-GMO waterproofing allows for a more hygienic sleep environment as well.
The dual-stage design offers a firm side for infants and a medium firm side for toddlers. Plus, this mattress features a lightweight core that allows for easy sheet changes without compromising on support for baby’s developing muscles and bones. Reinforced edges help to keep bouncing toddlers safe, too.
Made with cozy, waterproof, organic cotton fabric, the Naturepedic Protector Pad adds an extra layer of durability to your Naturepedic crib mattress to prevent any mattress contamination from messes.
The 3-layer design blocks liquid from penetrating the waterproof layer while allowing water vapor to pass through for a cleaner, comfier sleep. It’s made without flame retardants, harmful chemicals or potential allergens.

Best Answer: The crib pad is totally optional, especially for the infant stage. Crib pads are usually more handy when your little one starts making bigger messes - usually when they enter the toddler stage.
Is the crib pad used on its own as a sheet or do you use it in addition to a sheet?

Happy with mattress thus far
Thus far we like the mattress and the cover. The cover did not originally ship with the mattress but customer service was able to help and send the cover.

Perfect bundle. Worth it.
I love this bundle. It’s definitely worth it.
The mattress it so sturdy and perfectly firm.
The sheets are so soft and absorbent- many spit ups have been absorbed haha! Also super easy to wash and fits like a glove.
