Please offer replacement spouts!
I have many, many of these cups. I love them BUT you can't buy replacement spouts, and eventually they rip at the opening! I hate that you have to buy a whole new set versus replacing just the spout. It's not environmentally friendly. Do better Avent!

Product is good but...
Wanted to purchase replacement nipples for these cups but I was disappointed to find out they have been discontinued. There's other spout nipples but they're not the right fit for the lids on this product.

Wear out quickly with no replacement parts.
Spout part wears out quickly. Called customer service on the availability of spare parts was forwarded to the parts team a number of times who questioned why i was forwarded to them. After numerous calls, was informed by customer service that the only option was to purchase the whole set again.

My baby loves these cups
I had to order more because it’s the only cup my baby really likes, after a week or 2 the spout has ripped. He doesn’t bite on them so not sure why it ripped. It sucks you can’t just buy the spout because that’s all I need. & I wish these were in stores near me

Wear out quickly with no replacement parts
We have had these bottles for less than a month. And within that month the nipples have wore out, which would be fine if we could buy replacement pieces. But we cannot. So I have to replace these or buy completely new ones. Super dissapointed.

Need replacement spout
The bottles are nice, but the spouts always break and we need to buy new bottles every few weeks which is completely ridiculous !

Need replacement nipples
This product is great, but I can't find replacement nipple tops anywhere. I know for the advent bottles you can find replacements. The same should be true for the sippy cups. Kids don't stop biting and chewing tops because they stopped using a bottle.
