Great for newly nursing moms
I LOVE my silverette cups, I'd recommend them to any new nursing mom. I was so scared of the pain of early breastfeeding, but these truly felt like they helped deal with the initial inflammation and soreness. I rarely, if ever, got above a 2/10 amount of pain from breastfeeding. I basically just wore them all the time, along with reusable nursing pads for when I leaked.

LIFE SAVER
I’m a large chested girl (H-cup) and ftm. My son has a lip tie so latching correctly was a learning process and my poor nipples had seen much better days. For reference, latch was shallow allowing them to be pancaked between his hard palate and tongue. They literally came out flat. For one, they pulled the heat off my sore, scabbed, chapped, flat and bleeding nipples. They also saved my raw skin from drying onto whatever fabric I was wearing, which without would cause reopening of the wounds. Super easy to clean also. 10/10.

Twin Pumping Mom Approved!
These saved my nipples during postpartum pumping for twins. They helped to keep my nipples from drying out and getting attached to my bra. Would purchase over and over again.

Saved my breastfeeding journey
As the title suggests, I don’t think I would have made it 13mo breastfeeding without Silverettes. In the early days, these acted as a shield between my sensitive, injured nipples and my clothes. Later on, they helped clear up painful milk blebs by keeping the area moist. Worth every penny!

These are expensive and barely helped my nipple pain when I was freshly postpartum. There are probably less expensive nipple shields that would do the same thing - act as a barrier between your nipple and bra. I found that hydrogel pads and ice packs were much more soothing than these.

These provide a protective barrier between my nipples and the fabric of my nursing bra and have helped keep me much more comfortable in the early days of breastfeeding/pumping— highly recommend!

Not that great
Returned these because they didn’t do much for me. All they do is protect the nipple but doesn’t relieve any pain. Eventually my nipples are numb and I don’t feel anything now
