Already broken after 4 months
We bought this four months ago and it has already broken after normal, gentle use. Part of the canopy has a sharp metal thing poking out near my baby, and I haven't been able to fix it.

Good enough
The price was great and same with the weight! My infant is comfortable in it. Installing it though was a pain. The buckles that went into the seat would not stay green even though I would put my weight on it. I had to do it several times and it would still go from green to red after I drive. Also trying to level it correctly with a towel is not easy.

Poor Angling
We like that it is lightweight and nontoxic. However, it’s very difficult to angle the car seat. The baby’s head goes forward so easily and it’s scary. When the car seat is attached to the stroller, then there are no issues, so the angle of the car seat in the car is a problem.

Disappointed
For this price you still have to use a hand rolled towel under the base to level out the seat. If I don’t use the towel the water mark misses the 0-4months range

Don’t like it.
Bought this car seat when it was on sale. So it’s unrefundable or returnable. Very upset about it because it is so high up. My newborn is straight up sitting. Babies are not suppose to be sitting that hurts there back. There is very little room. Yes it is very light which is awesome but there isn’t any room to grow. The head cushions are so close to each other and you can’t remove them. My baby loves looking outside and with these head cushions on the side of her head she can’t see anything. And her head barely fits in it! She’s only 7 weeks old.

I had the hardest time deciding on a car seat and I'm so glad we chose the Aria V2. It's so incredibly light which is crucial with all the stairs we have. We also have the uppababy stroller and I love how easy it just clicks in. Super convenient when you're on the go!

For The $$$ Price, I Expect No Defects
I was SO upset to receive this expensive car seat and find it defective right away. One of the mechanisms that is supposed to "lock" the car seat in place was stuck on one side and would not descend. For such an expensive product, I expect more from UPPAbaby. Extremely disappointed.

Dangerous baby head flopping
For the money you pay for this car seat you'd think they would figure out how to make it so the babies hesd doesn't flop down constantly without the need for a ROLLED UP TOWEL. Yes, they really say in the manual to use a rolled up towel to position the car seat correctly so your babies head doesnt flop. At almost $500 I shouldn't have to do that.

Very safe
This car seat is so well designed that it saved my son’s life. We were in a terrible car accident, a semi rear ended me and my car flipped and we ended up on our side in a ditch and my son remained unharmed. The car seat hugs your baby so it’s like a bubble wrap essentially. I recommend this car seat to anyone. I know it is a little pricey for just the seat but price doesn’t matter when it saves their lives.
