should you measure the size when you are cold or warm? As this varies a lot for me!?
Best Answer: Measure when your nipple is in its normal, relaxed state—before feeding or pumping, not after. If your nipples vary with temperature, it's fine to gently stimulate them so they're standing up, but don't measure when they're swollen from pumping or prolonged stimulation. Momcozy recommends measuring before pumping and using your nipple/areola measurement to choose the correct size.
Are they meant to be used cold or at room temperature ?

Great for those first few weeks of nursing when youre just chaffed and bleeding. Keep them in the fridge and after applying some sort of balm place these on top and it helps prevent friction from your shirt or nursing bra. Overall worked great and easy to wash

Game changer.
Tried these with nursing my second baby. What a game changer! They actually work very well. Definitely need to wear absorbent pads in case you leak because that will likely spill out with movement. I tend to wear mine to bed or around the house. They are not discreet, but not terribly obvious either.

Every breastfeeding and pumping mom should have silver nursing cups
I was struggling with sore, cracked nipples, and creams didnt really help me much. These cups made such a big difference. They are comfortable to wear, soothing, and helped a lot with the healing process. Highly recommend for any mom dealing with nipple soreness from breastfeeding or pumping!
