should you measure the size when you are cold or warm? As this varies a lot for me!?
Best Answer: Measure when your nipple is in its normal, relaxed state—before feeding or pumping, not after. If your nipples vary with temperature, it's fine to gently stimulate them so they're standing up, but don't measure when they're swollen from pumping or prolonged stimulation. Momcozy recommends measuring before pumping and using your nipple/areola measurement to choose the correct size.

Great silverettes
Excellent silverettes. These are handy for helping with decreasing soreness and chafing. Makes a great gift for a breastfeeding mom. They stick well inside a nursing bra. 999 silver is hypoallergenic and helps to decrease the discomfort those first few weeks breastfeeding. Sometimes it s nice when they are chilled first.

Large but thin
These shields have a large coverage area but they are thin and lighter than other brands.Silver nipple shields help cracked and painful nipples heal, the added bonus is that they are cool to the touch and provide cooling relief as well. Great for sore nipples
These silver nursing cups help to relieve sore nipples. They are great for freshly postpartum moms. I like how they easily hold a little bit of express milk to help relieve the pain. They come with a nice little storage pouch. They don t dig into your skin either I like that you don t have to wash your nipples off then in between feedings it is worth the price for the pain relief.

Legit helped my nipples more than creams
I bought these silver nursing cups to help during breastfeeding. They slips right inside my bra without any complicated steps. They protected my skin from clothing friction which normal disposable nursing pads didn't do. . I noticed less irritation after a few days. My only complaint was the key down, I did have to clean them often and wear nursing pads with them bc I was leaking. But mostly it stay contained inside the cup so my shirts stay dry. Healing and Protective
I love silverettes! I'm a mom who has struggled through all the nipple struggle. Blistered, cracked, raw, etc and through mastitis several times. These along with nipple cream have helped me heal so fast. Love the larger size!
Silver nursing cups are such a game changer for breast feeding, particularly in the beginning of breastfeeding! These soothe so well right after nursing. They are easy to place in your bra.
