The arm and elbow rests eliminate shoulder stress and there’s even a convenient pocket for nursing supplies and other accessories. The firm, flat-front cushion and adjustable, silent-release strap eliminate any gap between you and baby.
The Deluxe Nursing Pillow is made from an extra-soft baby-plush fabric and features a double-featured strap with Velcro and silent-release buckle for easy, one-hand use.

Exposed foam inside
Inside is foam that has already started falling apart after 2 months of use (with a cover). Doesn't make for easy washing as foam crumbles get everywhere and not conducive to use without cover even with overlay.

No bang for your buck
It's fine. Not tall enough for my long torso so I end up having to put a pillow under the side my baby's head is on. My main gripe is with the linen stripe cover. DO NOT get this color. It pilled literally within two days and looks like crap. This product is hugely overpriced.

It'd be fine if the materials weren't bottom of the barrel quality
I like the idea of this overall. I don't use it all the time, but it's helpful in certain positions. The biggest con is the low quality velcro. It's the junkiest velcro I've ever seen. I'll have to replace it, or risk scratching up me and my baby. It's really that awful. Whomever chose the materials obviously didn't take into account this is a nursing pillow and just picked the cheapest material they could find.

Good Design, Poor Quality Materials
The product is good, but the materials are very bad. I'm not sure I've seen a lower quality velcro in my life. The plastic loops on the velcro are already lifting, and I've pulled the velcro strap less than 20 times. That's a clear issue caused by using very cheap materials. Shameful when looking at the price of this product.

Best nursing pillow
I could not live without this product while I was nursing both of my babies. I tell every single person about it and I buy them for every register even if they don't register for them themselves!

Best breastfeeding support
Don’t bother with a Boppy - this is THE best supportive pillow. I suffered from severe pregnancy related carpal tunnel and the worst of it was the first couple weeks following birth with pain up my forearms exacerbated by holding my tiny 7 lb infant while breastfeeding. This pillow relieved the tension from holding my baby underneath her and gave me much needed relief. It also was great for positioning above my c-section site and great for my posture - I don’t have to lean over to reach my baby or stuff a bunch of pillow underneath to support. I recommend this to all my mom friends.

Hands free life saving pillow
If you get one thing for breastfeeding - GET THIS PILLOW! baby will fall asleep nursing and this pillow SAVES you. It allows you to still have hands free while your baby naps on you. It’s literally my most used item- it’s attached to me and it’s still month 2!! The best.

SO HANDY!! And not just for nursing! I’ll put this on and use it to help support my baby when holding her. Loveeee the little pocket for a bottle, snacks, phone, etc. This is one of my most-used registry items!

The best
Sooo lightweight and comfy! Stays in place thanks to the wraparound design with the buckle. The shelf-like structure ensures your baby doesn’t slide between you and the pillow (a problem with other nursing pillows that have more rounded edges). Also the pocket keeps me from losing my phone while nursing - critical!!

This breastfeeding pillow is supportive with a large, foam base great for my little dude. I like the removable cover and clip to fasten around my waist. The only downsides for me are I have to use a second pillow because I am tall and the waist only cinches so far and will slide down.
