10000/10 must have postpartum item
Panic bought an extra tin when I couldn’t find mine. Used all of the other nipple creams I had and they’re all too thick, or too sticky or they don’t soothe. This is the holy grail for cracked and tender nipples. I couldn’t get through the early weeks of nursing without it.

I purchased a jar a few weeks after the birth of my first child because nursing had become painful. I brought a jar along to the hospital when I had my second, and gave some to my sister-in-law who's currently expecting. And I'll keep on recommending this because it works.

Great nipple butter
I've never had problems with my nipples in 8 months of nursing and I'm sure this has contributed! I also feel very safe using it before breastfeeding. I like the texture and that it goes on smoothly compared to some of the bigger brands, but some might find it a bit greasy.

Best High Quality, Coconut oil-free Nipple Butter
I love this nipple butter! It has amazing, clean ingredients, is very high quality, and importantly, is coconut oil-free! I'm allergic to coconut oil, and I don't want to use lanolin, and this is the only nipple butter that fits both those criteria. It really helps my sensitive skin not be sore, and I'm very happy that I don't have to wipe it off before feeding the baby. It is really hard to find quality, clean skincare products without coconut oil. I love this product.

Works great
Although I haven’t had any major problems with my nipples if they are getting sore I put this in and it helps. I put it on every night anyways hoping to prevent anything.

Skin reaction
I really wanted to like this product and I’ve heard great reviews. I’ve used it twice now and each time my skin reacts very badly to the balm. My skin will start to itch and burn- to the point I wanted to rip my nipple off. I didn’t think at first it was the earth mama balm I was using but I tried it again, and my skin reacted the same. It just sucks that I can’t use it. Added an extra star because I do like the package size since it’s great for traveling and light weight.
