Beautiful design!
We’ve had this crib for over a year and am still impressed with the design and functionality! From the initial packaging, installation, to the adjustment from newborn to toddler height, this crib has checked all my boxes for quality and ease of use. I too have enjoyed the waterproof mattress cover and extra crib sheets/cover I have purchased. I’d recommend purchasing extra for those quick clean ups in the middle of the night. Will be purchasing another crib and mattress set for baby #2!

Mattress stained and color not as pictured
The mattress that came with this crib had stains on it in the plastic wrapping. Meaning the mattress was already stained before packaging. I emailed customer service twice and never got a reply back. I love the look of the crib but it is not as pictured in the photo. (Natural/dove white). My baby was in the newton bedside bassinet and we had to immediately switch her to the crib once we got it so waiting to hear from customer service about our mattress wasn’t an option so we went ahead and used…

Looks Great!
So far all Good!
Looks Beautiful! Baby has not slept in the crib yet! Will definitely follow up once we transition from the bassinet!

Broken screw, poor customer service
I was so excited about this crib and previously had a great experience with a newton mattress for our oldest. Unfortunately, during the assembly process I discovered one of the screws was broken and unusable. After two days of no response from customer service, I attempted to source a replacement myself only to discover it is a non-standard size and I am unable to find a match (even at specialty furniture hardware stores). Very disappointing experience and unusable product as I cannot complete assembly.

The crib is heavy and large and occupy lot of space in the bedroom. Its very high proced than the other ones in the market. It takes lot if time to install and there is no manual provided. There is nothing special about this crib and its outdated design and look normal. Not recommended for the price. There is no easy way to return these products and shipping back this large package is a nightmare.

Beautiful, high quality
Baby won’t be here for a little bit but we put together the crib today and I’m very happy with it! Assembly was easy, I recommend reading all the way through the instructions and watching the video before getting started. A few pieces seemed possibly misaligned, but when we flipped them (if no obvious front/back) they fit perfectly. Can’t wait for baby to use the crib!

Color isn't as pictured
The crib is great quality, but I am very disappointed in the color. I got the natural and dove white. Instead of white, it is grey. It does not look like the picture at all. It is extremely disappointing because this is an expensive purchase and I did not want a grey crib.

Well packaged and constructed
The Newton Galileo crib arrived close to on time. Newton Baby did a good job processing the order (except for the incorrect Shop sales tax which they corrected) and packing everything. Choosing FedEx ground as their carrier wasn't my favorite. The FedEx tracking is near useless as their original delivery estimate of two days was impossibly optimistic and then they kept slipping it on a day to day basis for three days for a variety of reasons. The crib did arrive in good order and securely…
