Not Worth the Money
If you’re thinking this is a good investment because you will have multiple kids, don’t buy it. I used it for my son for only a few months and it was stored back in the original box. After I had my daughter, it didn’t work for one single night. I kept getting notifications that the sensor was disconnecting from the base. I tried all the fixes customer service gave me and they advised that I needed a new sensor for a whopping $129. This is an expensive product in the first place and doesn’t have the life span to justify the cost

I love our owlet! We use it every single night!
I love the owlet and we have used it every night since bringing my daughter home from the hospital! It gives me peace of mind to make sure my baby is doing great and caring normally, which you cannot put a price on. I am so glad I had this ready to use starting when she was just a few days old since those first days home from the hospital can be nerve wracking as we enter a whole new world!

Base disconnecting
Owlet disconnects from base multiple times in the night for no reason causing alarms to go off. Base and sock are within a couple feet of each other, WiFi is strong and battery is charged.

Sensor Skin Burnt
I really loved the Owlet sensor and camera until the day the sock burned my 5 month baby. It states to switch or not leave for more than 8 hours. I switch it every 3-6 hours when I do a diaper change. I used it for bedtime only. Baby goes down at 9-10pm and I switch at 1-3am and then again at 7-9am depending what time it those windows he wakes up.

Barely stays connected
Constantly disconnects, can’t even handle being one room away from the base. It’s a Temu sock with a US price tag. The only reason it is 2 stars is because it reduces my wife’s anxiety. When I’m watching him I just take it off or keep turning it off, it is a pain.

Great peace of mind!
As a worried mama and RN having the Owlet has brought great comfort in knowing my little one is sleeping safe and sound. It even helped me monitor her baseline heart rate and when she got sick and I noticed her heart rate staying elevated that she possible might be getting dehydrated and I was right, we’ve been admitted and the doctors have congratulated me for acting quick and catching this early! Thanks Owlet!
