Best Babylist Exclusives

Toot, toot! What’s that noise? Oh, it’s just us tooting our own horn as we share our favorite exclusives you can only get right here in the Babylist Store!

We kid…sort of. Here at Babylist we spend a lot of time researching and reviewing baby gear so we can offer you the best of the best as you build your baby registry. So it only made sense that we’d start collaborating with some of our favorite, most popular brands to bring you exclusive gear and products you can’t get anywhere else.

From custom curations and exclusive collaborations to one-of-a-kind designs and smart solutions, you’ll only find these items right here in the Babylist store. Here are some of our favorites you’ll want to consider as you build your registry.

Try Before You Buy

We’ve got no shame in saying this is one of the best ideas we’ve ever had here at Babylist—and as one of our most registered-for items, we’re happy to report that our users agree. Instead of registering for a full set of bottles that your baby may not even like (newborns are notorious for particular bottle preferences), register for this instead: a “sampler box” of five of the most popular baby bottles on the market. Take them each for a test drive, see what your baby likes then commit to a larger set.

A Swaddle Solution

We know a good idea when we have one! Just like babies have strong preferences around what bottles they’ll take, the same goes for swaddles. What works for some newborns—a snug muslin swaddle, baby burrito style, for example—may not fly for a baby who prefers a little more freedom but still needs the security that swaddling provides. Enter this bundle that features four of the most popular swaddle blankets on the market. You’ll get the chance to see what works for your little one and what works for you as you and your new addition figure out sleep over the first few months.

Eco-Friendly Sampler

Why stop at bottles and swaddles (and a great rhyme) when we can also add diapers to the mix? Much like the other products in our exclusive bundles, diapers can be tricky to choose before baby’s arrival. Babylist’s Diaper Box combines two great ideas: a try-before-you-buy selection of three popular diaper brands, all with an eco-friendly twist. Each box contains diapers and wipes from The Honest Company, Dyper and Coterie. (There’s 101 diapers and 208 wipes in all.) You’ll get the chance to try out each before stocking up.

Super Soother Pack

One more to add to the sampler theme—a pacifier box, of course. A pacifier is a must-have for most babies (and for most baby registries). But how will you know which one will offer the magic touch for your baby? The Pacifier Box includes six of the most popular paci options, including the Wubbanub (pacifier + attached plush for easy grabbing) the BIBS (made in Denmark from 100% natural rubber) plus four other parent-loved picks. You’ll have the chance to see which one your baby prefers before deciding which brand to stock and stash in every corner of your house.

Luxe Features for Less

If you have your eye on a luxury stroller but can’t stomach the price tag, check out the Mockingbird. Boasting lots of the same premium features you’d find in a stroller three times the price (or more) like a modular seat, never-flat wheels, an XL storage basket and a souped-up suspension system, the Mockingbird comes in at a price point that can’t be beat.

Testing, Testing

Love the idea of cloth diapering but overwhelmed by it all? This kit is a reassuringly simple intro to the world of cloth diapers all rolled into one manageable (and beautiful) package. Esembly’s Try It Kit has everything you need to give cloth diapers a go: three organic cotton liners, one waterproof Outer, a two-month supply of Washing Powder (step-by-step laundering instructions included) and a waterproof Dry Bag to store it all. It’s a perfectly non-committal way to see if cloth diapering is for you or if disposables are more your thing.

Your Emergency Kit

No one ever wants to use a first aid kit, but they provide peace of mind, especially for new parents. We partnered with emergency room doctors—who are also parents—to curate this kit with essentials for baby’s first year. There’s a digital thermometer for fevers, saline spray and nasal bulb for stuffy noses, and gauze for any scraps or cuts. There are also items, like nail scissors, a pacifier, teether and toothbrush, to help with soothing and grooming. And for extra reassurance, we’ve included info on Red flags to call 9-1-1 or go to the ER, an infant/toddler CPR card and step-by-step instructions written by emergency doctors.

Keeping Baby Close

There are a lot of baby wraps on the market, so when it came to an exclusive partnership, we knew we wanted to collaborate with the best of the best: Solly. New and seasoned parents alike swear by Solly wraps, especially during the first few months. The wraps are lightweight and buttery-soft, have a universal fit and a quick learning curve. They create a snug spot for baby while not putting extra strain on your shoulders or back. These two colorways are available exclusively through the Babylist Store and deserve a spot on every baby registry.

Care for You

Sure, we’re all about babies here at Babylist—but birthing people need some love, too. Our exclusive collab with Bodily ensures that you’ve got everything you need post-birth to rest, heal and recover. This jam-packed box of essentials is a complete postpartum package, including everything from cozy socks for the hospital and mesh boyshort undies to breastfeeding supplies and a peri wash bottle. This curation is available only at Babylist and is a must-have for your hospital bag and beyond.

Calling All Book Worms

Encouraging your child’s love of reading can start from as early as day one, but knowing how to kickstart your little one’s library can feel a bit overwhelming. We’ve done the curating for you with this bundle of five baby books adored by Babylist parents (and us!). Titles include Goodnight Moon, See, Touch, Feel: ABC, First 100 Words, Brown Bear, Brown Bear and If You Were Spaghetti.

Play All Day

There’s a lot to think about as a new parent, and playing with your little one may not be something that immediately comes to mind. Lovevery is a subscription-based system that delivers Montessori-inspired, organic and science-backed toys customized to your baby’s developmental stage right to your door. It’s a smart and convenient way to encourage play with your little one and makes a perfect gift to give or to receive. Our exclusive six-month subscription includes three baby play kits that each contain two months of toys and a play guide.

Smell Stopper

All diaper pails are not created equal. When it comes to containing the stink, Ubbi is the pail we recommend again and again thanks to its sleek design and steel construction that achieves maximum odor control—so when it came time for a collab, it was a no-brainer. This exclusive herringbone pattern can only be found in the Babylist Store and complements any nursery decor.

A Soft, Stylish Place to Play

Baby gear doesn’t have to clash with the rest of your home’s decor. Which is one of the (many) reasons we love Toki, a padded playmat with a modern, stylish print. The mats consist of a natural latex foam insert and a removable (and washable) cover and provide a soft spot for your little one to play on any type of surface. This Babylist-Store-only print works in a playroom, a nursery or wherever else you need a safe place for your baby.

Heirloom Quality

A ring sling is a comfortable way to keep baby close, but it can also be a beautiful accessory. We partnered with WildBird, the brand behind the gorgeous handsewn linen ring slings that are a favorite among babywearers, to create this exclusive design. It features warm camel and natural cream stripes with a rose gold ring and gets softer with every wash and wear. It’s fully adjustable and comes in two different lengths for wearers of all sizes.

Baby’s First Capsule Wardrobe

Tired just thinking about how to build your baby’s first wardrobe? We partnered with favorite organic children’s clothing brand Burt’s Bees to create a newborn bundle filled with cozy, soft staples. This exclusive collection contains 14 essential favorites from bodysuits to booties and even a wearable blanket. Everything is easy to mix and match and comes in a blue, grey or pink colorway.

Lightweight + Stylish

We’re consistently raving about the Babybjorn’s travel crib (Weighs just 13 pounds! Mesh sides! So easy to set up and break down!) so we figured—let’s put our own spin on this beloved favorite. The dark green color is exclusive to Babylist so you won’t find it anywhere else. It’s a bit of an investment when compared to some other travel cribs, but we promise it’s well worth it.

So Easy to Clean

A changing pad is a must-have for (all) the diapers you’re going to be dealing with as a new parent. While you can spend a bit less on a traditional pad, why make things more messy than they’ll already be? Bumbo’s changing pad is made from a soft material that’s super easy to wipe clean—no cover required. It’s also portable and can turn any stable, flat surface into a changing station. You’ll only find this exclusive Hemlock color here at Babylist.

Pack All the Essentials

Practical, good-looking and made using recycled water bottles, this diaper backpack (in this exclusive Babylist color) has space for all your vitals. The roomy main compartment unzips all the way and can fit lots of gear for your day’s outing. There are interior pockets to stash your necessities, including a zippered parent pocket, padded laptop compartment, plus a removable changing pad. There’s more to feel good about: this bag is made using recycled water bottles! The exterior is made of sustainable blusign fabric, and the fabric for the liner and changing pad is 100% recycled.

For Modern Mealtime

As parents ourselves, we know how easy it is to let baby gear take over your home—which is why we love any type of multifunctional product that goes the distance. The modern, minimalist Lalo grows right along with your child. It’s a high chair that comes with two sets of legs so you can use it at the dinner table and then later on as a play table chair. It even turns into a booster seat with the addition of a conversion kit. It’s not available through any big-box retailers so we’re super excited that it landed a spot in the Babylist Shop.
