The Naturepedic 2-in-1 Organic Mattress is a great choice for parents who want to eliminate potentially harmful chemicals and allergens from their child’s sleeping space. Naturepedic replaces flame retardant barriers, adhesives, and other toxic chemicals with healthier organic and non-toxic materials so you can be sure your little one gets safer sleep.
The mattress is solid, supportive and comfortable with layers of organic cotton over a premium innerspring. It’s built on the firmer side to help support kids’ developing bones.
The innovative design features a luxurious quilted finish on one side and a smooth waterproof surface on the other. This allows you to choose the side that works best for your child based on their development—the waterproof side is especially handy for the potty training stage.

Organic cotton fabric and fill: Organic cotton is the purest form and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. Naturepedic uses only U.S. grown and certified organic cotton and buys directly from USDA certified sources.
Waterproofing: Using a patented Naturepedic design, the waterproof side features an organic cotton fabric with a waterproof coating (so pure it meets food contact standards). The polyethylene coating is made from non-GMO sugarcane and is applied using heat to avoid glues and adhesives.
PLA layer: PLA is a high-performance material made from non-GMO sugarcane that adds resiliency and unique performance characteristics. It’s entirely plant-based and doesn’t contain or off-gas any harmful chemicals.
Premium innerspring: It’s comfortable with contouring support to help your little one fall and stay asleep. The open nature of the coils provide excellent breathability and heat dissipation.

We love the quality of
We love the quality of this mattress. It’s perfect for those who have kids still not 100% night trained with the flexibility of flipping the mattress once they are night trained. This has made middle of the night potty accidents a breeze.

My daughter absolutely loves this
My daughter absolutely loves this mattress. She actually started sleeping on it even before we were able to place it on her bunk bed. Also, absolutely love the pillow.

This is our second mattress
This is our second mattress (because we have loved the first for our son so much!) Our kids start out on a floor mattress at 6months and we are so happy to have a clean product we trust to lay our babies to sleep on at night.
We just transitioned our 3 year old to a bed frame and this mattress is still holding strong from him (and mom and dad sometimes) sleeping on it!
The waterproof side is so convenient during the potty training stage where accidents happen!

Best kids mattress on the
Best kids mattress on the market. We had been looking for months, and this is the one! We love it. It is so comfortable it helped us make a decision to purchase a new King bed!

I purchased a 2-1 for
I purchased a 2-1 for my grandson a year ago and then bought another one for my granddaughter. The beds are the perfect size and comfort for a 3 and 5 year old.

Second purchase!
