Description
The Philips Avent Premium Connected Baby Monitor combines real-time video with advanced sleep insights, so you can check in at a glance—whether you’re in another room or on the go.
You can monitor your baby using the 5” HD parent unit or the Baby Monitor+ app.
SenseIQ technology tracks baby’s breathing rate and sleep status without any wearable accessories. By analyzing tiny movements, it delivers real-time updates to help you better understand how baby is resting, including sleep states and wake windows.
The monitor also detects and translates cries using a scientifically proven algorithm. You’ll receive free in-app access for the first three months.
With a range of up to 400 meters and the ability to work with or without WiFi, it’s built for flexibility around the home. The Secure Connect System uses multiple encrypted links to help keep your family’s data private.
More features include lullabies, white noise and soothing tracks, built-in nightlight and room thermometer and talk back feature. It’s easy to control the nightlight with the Parent Unit or app and if the room becomes too warm or cold, you’ll receive personalized notifications.
The rechargeable Parent unit offers up to 12 hours of runtime.

Peace of Mind for FTM
This gave my hubby and I peace of mind as first time parents. I love the sleep tracking and the breath monitoring. We have been using this for 5 months now and plan to buy another when our second baby comes in December

Epitome of convenience

The features on this baby monitor are incredible. I can't think of a better adjective to describe them. This monitor is capable of doing just about every function I can think of for a baby monitor, but in addition to exceeding my function expectations, it also has minimal pieces compared to some of the others out there. What a peace of mind that this camera gave me. As a fourth time mom, I never shake the anxiety that I have when I put my baby to sleep. This camera gives me such a peace of mind. I was given this baby monitor to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
First of all this was easy to install straight out of the box. The camera attached straight to the crib and the electric cord had an awesome telescoping protector that provided reassurance that my curious kid would not be playing with the cord. My husband and I absolutely love this monitor. The set up and installation was pretty simple and the monitor and app are very easy to use. The only thing that confused me at first was the lack of instructions in the box. The instructions for set up were in the app instead. This baby monitor surprised me! It looks similar to a simple system I already own for travel and babysitters. The only real visible difference I could see was that This new, supposedly advanced version, came with an attachment for mounting the monitor over a crib.
