I purchased this in 2022 for my newborn. It didn’t last a year until the buttons stopped working. Still under warranty I returned and got a new one in 2023. Not even a year on again it has done the same thing. Cord at the back is loose so turns off by the slightest move of the cord and volume up button is ruined from me trying to turn the the volume up so much and nothing happening.
When working, great product but seeing other reviews it seems to be clear that this is an ongoing issue for many. I feel pretty cheated especially since it was one of the most expensive on the market.

Comfort with technical glitch
I like the sound machine very much except the fact that I sometimes have to unplug it to make it start and stop. There seems to be some glitch in the on/off button

No manual
Haven't even plugged it in yet and I have two complaints: 1) no detailed explanation of the device. I don't know what dohm 1 dohm 2 etc mean. Pictographs are not enough. 2) I have to buy a separate plug to connect the USB connector to power.

It’s fine
I’ve used it a couple times since I got it within the last month. It worked fine then. Last night it seemed to quit working. It wouldn’t turn on or sound. Today I unplugged the USB then plugged it back in—it started working. The USB wasn’t loose. Not sure what’s happening with it. Would prefer more sounds & less dohm. I understand the need for variety.

Buttons stopped working
We bought this unit a month ago and quite like the variety of sounds available. However, after two weeks the power on/off button didn't properly work one day. Today, none of the sound or power buttons worked so am returning the unit.

Used to adore it…but…
I’ve bought 3 now- one lasted four years and the charge port somehow became loose and it didn’t always work. I replaced that one. Our second one now doesn’t work at all and it’s because of the same problem. The charge ports are cheap, and it’s disappointing. They sit on dressers and play noise- there should be no reason that the charge ports are so weak.
I don’t think they are under warranty anymore, either.

Best sound machine EVER
I stayed at a hotel in Seattle Washington and they had one of these little machines and I got the best night sleep ever so I went home and bought one and I'm so glad I did!
