The Best Baby Products to Add to Your Registry From Walmart
The Best Baby Products to Add to Your Registry From Walmart

When you’re building your baby registry and trying to stick to a budget, it can feel like a true balancing act. And while we won’t deny that the cost of raising kids is steep, Walmart carries a host of baby brands that are wallet-friendly, without cutting any corners on the things you’ll need to bring your baby home.

Along with most of the major mid-range baby brands, like Graco, Baby Delight and Pampers, Walmart also stocks its shelves with brands like Hello Bello and Beautiful, a brand developed by Drew Barrymore (browse-worthy for nursery finds).

There are plenty of registry-worthy picks at Walmart—here are a few of our favorites.

On the Go

Whether you’re adding an infant car seat to your registry or an easy-to-fold stroller, Walmart carries affordable options from loved brands like Graco, Chicco and Evenflo. Actually, when we asked our users about the most-loved baby products, many told us that their go-to umbrella stroller was an inexpensive one from Walmart. Plus, as the Babylist sales and deals editor, I regularly see deals there on popular brands like Evenflo and Chicco.

Gear

Beyond car seats, strollers and travel systems, there are other pieces of useful gear that’ll help you get through those early days of babyhood and beyond. At Walmart, you’ll find baby gear like bassinets for the first few months of your baby’s life, playards that make traveling with a baby easier and soothing baby swings from brands like Baby Delight, Infantino and Graco.

Nursery + Decor

Designing a nursery that feels like an extension of your personal style starts with decor that’ll bring it all together. Through collaborations with designers, you can find decor pieces like vintage-style wall art, bedside lamps, comfortable nursery chairs, and more.

Diapering

Diapers and wipes are some of the few must-haves you’ll need in the first few years, at least until your baby has mastered potty training. Walmart carries most of the popular brands like Pampers and Huggies as well as their store brand Parent’s Choice (which are the most affordable choice, costing about two cents per wipe and the diapers are about 10 cents per piece).

Feeding

Feeding your baby can mean stocking up on formula that’ll go easy on their belly, grabbing a milk catcher or buying tools to help you stay on top of sanitizing and organizing feeding and pumping parts. Walmart has price-conscious options from their in-house brands like Upwardbaby, as well as options from popular brands like Dr. Browns, Como Tomo and Munchkin.

Toys + Books

Even when babies are just a few days old, toys and books can help stimulate their developing brains. At Walmart, you can find books to build your baby’s library and toys to keep them entertained (including the Fisher-Price Kick and Play that my daughter played with so much that the songs are burned into my memory, 2 years later).
