Poor quality - not worth it!
I got this mat with great expectations since it’s one of the more expensive ones out there. But a few months into using it, and there are large “bubbles” that have appeared all across the mat, and it is now peeling off, posing a risk for the baby, in case she puts it in her mouth.

Be aware, Peeling happens!
We received this as our daughter’s birthday present. We were so excited as we have tile flooring. We noticed it started peeling in the center. It’s spreading bigger and bigger. This was not an inexpensive gift. We tried to tape it to stop spreading but as you can see….. it’s getting worst.

I bought this mat two months ago and it started peeling . Very dangerous and hazardous for baby !!! Shameful for such a brand to be selling products like that. I do not recommend.

Poor quality
The edges of this mat have never flatten. I tripped over it. Do not Buy!!! Poor! Below lowest standards.

Laughable Quality and Safety Issue
Bought this mat at BuyBuy Baby in May 7. Today is July 18 and there are several rips and tears I had to tape to prevent further damage.
My son just turned one so he is literally just crawling on this mat and has a few soft toys and non-sharp objects. We do not have pets. There is absolutely no reason for this mat to rip in several places at once just bec of friction.

SO comfortable

I bought this mat for my 10 month old to replace a playmat that we were gifted via baby registry from Amazon. The two mats are not even comparable because this one is x10000 better. It's so soft and airy to stand on. My baby has face planted on this thing and has been unphased! He also likes to look really closely at the bike on the mat and scratch at it.
Definitely worth the price. I just wish it was as wide as it is long.

Love the style

I love the style of the mat and the material, super soft and easy to clean. My low rating is due to the mat being stained yellow on one of the tops. Not sure what was spilled but even the plastic was yellow. I let company know and nothing has been said to me.

I had high hopes for this mat ! It’s cute , really thick but the plastic images started peeling off and my LO started picking at where it was peeling and I feel like it became unsafe . I turned it onto the side with no images .only have been using it for a month so for the money I would expect it to be a little more durable .

Great Design - Not Durable
We love that this could be flipped to a neutral design, but it has not been durable. Very disappointed since we love the look and the easy cleanup.

Love this playmat!

This is my second purchase of a Skip Hop Reversible Playmat, I have both versions. I'm using one to mark off a play area for my toddler and one for a play area for my 10-month old. The mats are durable, soft and have such bright and fun designs.! Both kids enjoy looking for animals and fun characters on the mats. Very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend.
